Finally I have started an initiative that is meant to provide recognition to all users that contribute to the growth of the site community, including those that have not contributed with any classes.

After looking at the site statistics, I came to the conclusion that there is a steady rate of one new contributor for every 250 new subscribers. So I realized that if there is a way to increase the rate of new subscribers, eventually more and better new class contributions would be made.

With this idea in mind I thought that if there was a way to compensate the users that refer the site to potential new users, it would certainly would help achieving that goal.

So I decided to start this initiative that provides recognition to all the users that bring more new users to the site by actively refering to it.

The recognition is provided by exhibiting the names of the users refer the site to others, either in the top charts page and the site content newsletter.

It is very easy to be credited for the new subscribers that are referred to the site. All you need to do is to mention to others the URL of any page of the site, only with a slight modification.

In this page you may find all the details on how to do it, and also some suggestions on how to make refferals to the site to be credited to you with almost no effort.

From than on, the credit for the referrals is automatically accounted and updated by the site once a day. The home page of the site will mention your current number of accounted referrals and ranking position, if you access it after you log in the site.
