Description :  Bar chart drawing PHP class, without GD libraries using.
PHP version :  4.x or greater (not tested on PHP5 !)

  - legend arrays can be 2-dimentional (key,value for titles)
  - configurable "hiding" for empty rows and bar columns (ALL zero containing rows
    and bars won't be drawn)
