This class is meant to generate graphical bar charts from data.

It can create a chart image of a given size and background color and draw bars of colors of a palette specified in an array class variable.

It also displays a caption and legend text for each bar.

The resulting chart image may be generated in true color as output of the current script or saved to a file either in PNG or JPEG formats.

The comments and error messages used in the class are in Russian.
