This class implements a way to sanitize the input values passed to a script.
It can sanitize values set either as strings or arrays. In the case of array values, these may be processed recursively if they define multi-dimensional data structures.
It also provides a unified way to access to different types of input values assigned to the super-global variables POST, GET, SESSION, COOKIE and SERVER.
