Many sites around the world publish information about the weather of regions relevant to their communities.
There are sites like Capescience that provide weather information of many places of different regions of the world.
This class simplifies the access to the Capescience site in a way that becomes easy for any site to retrieve and show weather information of regions of interest.

This class retrieves weather information from Capescience.com Web service for almost every station in every country. This is the same Web service used by the aeronautical industry.
It provides means to retrieve the country list of available weather services, retrieve the locations of stationss within a country, and retrieve the weather report for a given station.
It uses NuSOAP library to retrieve the whether information via SOAP Web services protocol.
