This class can be used to generate links to navigate between pages of listings of database query results split in multiple pages.
It uses sessions to pass the pagination state between pages.
It can also output the content to be shown in each page with user defined functions.
The class can be configured to defined the number of links to other pagination pages, number of rows of data to display on each page, the functions to execute SQL query and retrieve the results to display.
It can display an unlimited number of paginated listings per page.
The format of the links can be configures using template strings.
