 OpenOffice Writer is a word processing application that is part of OpenOffice, which is a popular free software suite of office applications used by many desktop computer users.

It saves its documents in a XML format that is simpler to parse and process than the binary formats used by traditional office applications.

This class is capable of parsing OpenOffice writer documents and generate equivalent HTML, making it possible to publish on the Web the documents produced with this word processing application.

Detailed description

This class can be used to convert OpenOffice 1.*/2.* Writer documents to HTML.

It can parse a given OpenOffice Writer document in XML format (.sxv and .odt) and generate an HTML file.

It can convert documents with images and simple text styles. It can also convert tables but without style support.
