Detailed description

This class can be used to send Arabic SMS messages using the mobily.ws SMS gateway.

It connects to the mobily.ws Web server on behalf of a given authenticated user and sends a given SMS message.

The class expects messages in the windows-1256 character encoding, but it converts to utf-16 encoding before sending.

The class can also retrieve the current balance of a given user account.
