Class: IdealMySQL Class

This class is a MySQL database access wrapper. It can:

- Establish MySQL database server connections
- Execute SQL queries
- Return the affected rows for manipulation queries like INSERT, DELETE. UPDATE, REPLACE and DROP
- Return query result set handles for data retrieval queries like SELECT, SHOW, DESCRIBE and EXPLAIN
- Catch errors and send email messages to an administrator address
- Retrieve messages associated to error code from a separate errors file
