This package can be used to validate and process files uploaded via Web forms.

It takes the parameters passed to PHP scripts about the file, type and name of uploaded files and checks whether file name extension is one of the accepted file types.

It may also move the uploaded file to a given directory. If the uploaded file is an image, it may also generate a thumbnail image.
