Isn't it much easier if the Arabic community uses English?
Converting the technologies invented by mostly English writing people seems like a endless task.

Hello Jedi,

I think you missed the point. He is not trying to translate PHP into Arabic, he is writing class libraries in PHP that help to simplify the Arabic Strings manipulations
