There are WAY too many benefits to not at least test this module in our dev environments. Our site is VERY complex, and I have done a LOT in the lines of optimization... there is still much work to do though and our resources, like everyones, are very limited. Anything we can do to gain an edge, we will do!

Right, as long as it does not break anything, it should be fine. Anyway, some people have already complained that some serious bugs remain. You need to check if the bugs were fixed or not and if the bugs would affect your sites.
