The article explains very well what a fork is, why Robert is doing it, why cannot be named PHP, but i failed to get wich is the choosen name and the main changes.
That information was the reason why i've read it.

The article stated that the changes are numerous and you would better read the page of the fork announcement to learn about the changes.

As for the name, as far as I know, none was chosen, except that some PHP core developers told Robert that they cannot use PHP in the name if he decides to carry on with the fork.
