Yes, as I said opinions are like faces, each one has their own.
Anyway, the fact that people voted down a question, does not mean the assumptions are wrong (not right). It just means that people did not like the question. That is why moderators closed it as off-topic.
I have programmed C for many years and always hoped to be able to write the code and execute it right away without having to deal with memory and other resource management.
PHP allowed that and much more. I could call many C libraries from PHP code without having to write a single line of C code. That is what scripting is for me. Other people may disagree. That is fine. Lets just agree to disagree.
