Manuel, I like your conclusion in last few paragraphs. It says exactly what should be said to the community: have your own opinion first of all. I personally used to use TDD in couple of mini-scale projects and this was harsh. Especially in, like you said, unstable environment, where your business plan and goals change. But still, hey! you use what you feel right to use.

Exactly, I am glad you got it right. There is always people that get some kind of shock when practices that they value so much are questioned, but there are reasons to question them, so this is just food for thought.

Whatever people decide after reading this should be a consequence of their reflection, not of complying with opinion makers.
