the summary says that the perceptron is first trained with answers of several people (obviously with known people).

"First the perceptron is trained with answers of several people. Then the answers of an inquiring user are converted into values that are fed to the perceptron in order to find profile matches"...

but where in the implementation this training is done...
what i understand from the code is that...the answers of several known people are given in the database and the perceptron compares input with the database and gives the result...

please advice me in this regard.
the concept is great and the code is also great..,
i would like to use this class to build some of my applications in bioinformatics....

kindly respond.

Hi, I will be greatfully and happy if you comment the answers from the perceptron's author. Because I am also developing bioinformatic software in my country. (Barcelona-Spain).

Thanks a lot!!
