HI

I am trying to execute the class base package with ftptest.php.

I am getting the following error:

Any word of wisdom

Local OS : UNIX Creating socket Connecting to "203.22.204.148:21" _connect: socket connect failed (Permission denied) Error : Cannot connect to remote host "staten.globat.com :21" Cannot connect
