Geez, man, thanks for the great job! You saved me lotta effort! I had to save data to XML in UTF8 but I need data from one string in Russian to make a filename of it (for dumbies from HR dept.). Your class turned it into a piece of cake! Good luck to you!

I had similar issues with exporting data from an old Access 2 database in ANSI to e multilingual web site using UTF-8. And import data submitted from the web back into this... thing...
