I want to use USPS ,I want my client will sign up with USPS for an account within my webpage and I want to do their return label function into the website.

I am pretty much familier with php and xml. can you guided me through ?

am trying this code. When use this code i get
"Please enter a valid ZIP Code for the sender"

this error. how to avoid this error?

Am using http://testing.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPITest.dll this for test my shipping rate. please anyone help me.
