The image http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/captcha.php?1169062360 cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Sorry for my belated reply.
Your problem is a popular problem and I could not found the reason of this problem yet.
Try to use my CAPTCHA Volume 2 ( version 2.0, you can download from http://gifs.hu/phpclasses/captcha2.php ) this version does not use special imgaging effect functions, does not store nothing into server ( not use specified file for passing captcha string ) and use a new GIFEncoder class to encode frames into animated GIF.
I would like to rewrite CAPTCHA1 and write additional animated captcha generators.

I have uploaded all the files(index, image, class, funs, gifencoder class ) to my web server.
But the IMage is not displaying...
Is there any other configuration steps

GifMerge.class.php has been updated and renamed as 'GIFEncoder.class.php'.
Can be found here or on my website.
