I was wondering, are we allowed to modify/ redistribute/ etc this class, and if so, under the terms of which license?

I made these script ( including sources ) to be used as freely for anyone, sourcecodes are open source and can be modified / redistributed under own licence as freely.

The licence of 'Another CAPTCHA project' is open source and free!
The licence of sourcecodes are free without any warranties or limitations!
