I downloaded and installed the application.
When I tried it all I got in the pick box was shades of grey, no color.

What am I doing wrong?

Seems that you misplaced "hueColors.txt" file. It is part of the application. The file should be placed under the same directory where "index.php" exists.(Just like when you download the compressed file). Please let me know further bugs. And thanks for the feedback.
