Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I am new to this and just need a little advice about how to implement this in a site.
The site is a real estate company site that has Open-Realty. I want to show the results listed or selected in google earth.
Do I just place the link (as shown in your example.html file) on a results page and have all the files in the same directory?

You don't have to install nothing.
There are examples in implementation files.
If you have an specific problem, I can help you. But I need the specification's problem.
