Very good script, long searched a database so!

but I found an error,

Starting countries
Finished countries
Starting regions
Finished regions
Starting cities
Skipping cities in country: AN. Not a valid country code

AN. Not a valid country code

why did this happen?

The issue is with MaxMind's city list database:

http://www.maxmind.com/download/worldcities/worldcitiespop.t ...

It seems like its still using the outdated AN country code and also using many other region codes that are invalid.
