Where is directory "vendor"
and file "autoload.php"?

you have to use composer to do it - read the Readme file and Installation section.

In beginning I saw the drawed digital clock, but don't understand this.

Animated clock should be done on client side, that means - javascript libraries or flash plugin using.
Here is PHP implemetation, if you're going to get one re-calculated image per second from web server, be ready to huge traffic and server overloads.
