I have a PHP/MYSQL Based application running on an Intranet. The application is hosted on Windows XP Machine and it has XAMPP installed on it. And then there are many clients in the network who are accessing this application through their machines.

My requirement is that whenever the Apache server of the XAMPP is off - the application should show a custom HTML message and not cannot find server or page cannot be found.
