  Detailed description  
The SimpleLinearRegression package accepts an array of X values and an array of Y values and returns parameter estimates for a linear equation as well as various measure of model fit.

This package is discussed in more detail in two articles published on IBM developerWorks site.

Note that this is not the complete package as the JPGraph package is also invoked in the explore.php script. To download the full package, including JPGraph, click on the link for phpmath_002.tar.gz.
