  Detailed description  
This class is a expansion to the original PHP string funcions.
All functions was make to use special characters (192-223 and
224-255 in ascii table). It include the functions: lowercase, strtolower, uppercase, strtoupper, ucfirst, lcfirst, ucwords, lcwords, normal, remove, chomp, php_quote, file_ext, file_noext, stripdouble, bar_quote
