  Detailed description  
This class is meant to manipulate image files in the JPEG format uploaded via Web forms.

It can retrieve the image files submitted by posted forms, rescale the image to fit given constrainst, rotate the images and draw a frame around the picture and save the processed image in JPEG format with a configurable compression level.
