This is a simple class to determine the fortnight number of a given date of the year.
The fortnight number is calculated based on the number of days since January 1st, and not only a simple checking if the date is between days 1 to 15 or 16 to 31 and then multiplying by the month number.
In (brazilian) portuguese:
Esta é uma classe simples para o calcular do número da quinzena do ano.
O cálculo da quinzena é feito a partir do número de dias transcorridos a partir de 1º de janeiro, e não simplesmente verificando se o dia está entre 1 e 15 ou 16 e 31 (quinzena 1 ou 2 do mês) multiplicado pelo número do mês.
