  Detailed description  
This class can generate a navigation bar with using tabs with HTML links.

The generated navigation bar consists of an HTML table with a single row and multiple tab cells.

The presentation of the navigation bar tabs is hardcoded in the class. It generates the necessary Javascript code to highlight the current tab under the mouse pointer.

One of the tabs may be rendered in a different way denote that it is selected.

Every tab may be displayed with optional icon images.
