This package can be used to process a source image and generate a sequence of animation image frames that implement the waving flag effect.

Many sites display flag images of countries, regions and associations in their pages. Showing the flags with an animation effect that makes them look as if they are waving on the wind is a very interesting effect and can make a site more impressive.
