This class can be used to generate navigation links for listings split in multiple pages.
It generates links to go to different pages of listings that show a limited number of entries per page, given the total number of entries and the current listing page number.
It can generate links to the first, last, next, previous and any intermediate pages.
It can also generate an SQL LIMIT clause to retrieve entries from a database to display in the current listing page.
