This class can be used to draw vertical bar charts using only HTML and CSS.
It uses HTML tables to draw simple or grouped vertical bars from a set of values. The chart output is defined using HTML templates. It does not use any graphic library extension like GD.
The width and height of the chart, the color of the bars, the bar labels, the chart title and footnote texts are customizable.
