PageNavigator - generate navigation for listings

This class can be used to show navigation links to browse listings split in multiple pages.
It takes the total number of entries in a listing and an optional limit number of entries to display per page.
The class shows a navigation bar made of HTML links similar to Google, to browse between the pages of the listing, considering the number of the current page.
It may also generate a form select input with an interval of pages to jump. When the use selects one page, the browser is redirected to the associated listing page.
The texts that may show in the links can be presented in English or Italian.
