This class can be used to read and write metadata from MP3 audio files in form of Id3v1 tags.
It can parse an MP3 file and extract ID3 tags to obtain the artist, title, album, comment, genre, year and track.
The class can also update the MP3 file to write new values to the ID3 tags.
