  Detailed description  
This class can be used to generate hierarchical menu and table definitions for use with the dhtmlxTreeGrid component.

It takes an array that defines the hierarchy of elements of a nested menu and associated table rows.

The class outputs XML to be used by the dhtmlxTreeGrid component on the browser side using dynamic menu loading with XML.
