  Detailed description  
This class can be used to retrieve the exchange rate between the United States Dollar and the Brazil Real.

It accesses the site of Banco Central do Brasil and retrieves the buy and sell rates of the US Dollar.

The code and comments are in Portuguese.

In Portuguese:
Recupera a cotação do Dollar (compra e venda R$) a partir do site do Banco Central.
