  Detailed description  
This class can be used to communicate with IP3 NetAccess Internet appliances.

It connects to a the Web services server of an IP3 NetAccess appliance with a give IP address.

The class can send arbitrary commands with a given XML request body data.

It returns the response returned by the appliance device in a string.
