This class can be used to output the head section of an HTML page.
Elements that can be generated are title, meta-tags, CSS and JavaScript files paths, and path to the favicon image. User can append, prepend or simply set (overwrite) value of some head section element.
User can set various options before rendering head sections, such as startingTags flag (which tells whether this class should render <head> tags), Content-Type meta-tag value and output indent of every head section element.
