This class can be used to validate values with regular expressions.

It provides several functions that use regular expressions to validate different types of values.

Currently it can validate e-mail addresses, IP addresses, hexadecimal RGB color definitions, hexadecimal, integer and floating point numbers, and user names with only letters.
