  Detailed description  
This package can be used to export Planner project data to Mantis bug tracker.

It can take a Planner project file and parse it to extract details like the project name, manager and project tasks.

Then it uses Mantis SOAP based Web services API to export the project data like project tasks and sub-tasks.
