This package can be used to manage help desk ticket submissions.
It can manage help desk tickets that are stored in a MySQL database.
The class can perform several types of operations on the tickets, like: manage user login sessions, display submitted tickets, mark tickets as read, reply to tickets, submit new tickets, delete tickets, send ticket interaction e-mail messages, etc..
Package has been updated as of 11/2/2011 to version 1.1. major changes made and has been tested 100% thanks to all for recent feed back keep it coming.
