This class can follow Twitter users related with a topic.
It can send an HTTP request to Twitter search Web server to perform a search for users related with a given topic.
The class can also send requests to a Twitter API in order to automatically make a given account follow the returned users up to a give limit number.
The followed users list is stored in a text file to prevent attempting to follow them.
Later the class can also recheck which followed users are following the given Twitter account and eventually unfollow those that did not follow back.

One of the reasons why Twitter became popular is that it allows many users to follow what other users are saying at any moment.
Getting many followers became a parameter of success. Many users realized that they can get many followers, if they start following other people, as a sort of gratitude for being followed.
This class provides an automated solution to follow many Twitter users and consequently get many followers using this principle.
