This class can check if a given address is in a DNS blacklist.

It takes an URL as parameter, extracts the URL domain, resolves its IP address and send a request to a blacklist DNS server to check if the address is listed there.

By default it checks the test.surbl.org blacklist but it can check against other blacklists.

 Some sites accept user contributed content that may consist of URLs of pages that may be used for spamming purposes.

This class provides a solution that may be used to hint that certain user contributed URLs may be spam. It checks if the supplied domain IP addresses are listed in spammer black lists.
