This class can manipulate IPv6 and IPv4 network addresses.
It takes an address string and determines whether it is in IPv6 or IPv4 based on the string format.
The class can perform several types of operations with addresses like calculating the network and broadcast addresses, and check if the address is part of a given subnet address.
