This class can keep track changes of pages in a MySQL database.
It can retrieve a given page and store in a MySQL database certain details like the page size and MD5 hash.
The class can also check the page again to see if it changed by comparing with the previously stored size and the MD5 hash. It allows a certain minor change tolerance level to avoid change false alarms.
