	Detailed description

This class can resize an image with given dimensions.

It can take the path of a picture in to be resized in GIF, JPEG and PNG format and creates true color a new image with width and height that does not exceed given limits.

The resulting image can be saved to a new file in JPEG format or and overwrite the original image file.
