This class can open an image and save a resized copy with a watermark.
It can load an image in GIF, JPEG or PNG formats and create a copy resized to a given width or height.
The class can also render a watermark image over a given position of the original image.
The resulting image can be saved to a given file also in GIF, JPEG or PNG formats.
