This class can search for German cities in a given distance also known as Umkreissuche.
It uses the PDO extension to perform a search in a MySQL database to search for cities within a given distance range of a location given the city name or the zip code.
The class returns an array of cities and respective zip codes.
The city zip code database must be installed previously from database dump available separately.
